Thanksgiving and Chester
Wow, how was everyone's Thanksgiving? Did you get to enjoy your family and friends or only your furry family and friends? I had the pleasure of petsitting a new client named Chester. A 12 yr old Golden Retriever. What a pleasure it was visiting him. He cheered me up and made me laugh everytime I visited him. Such a gentle giant he was. I walked him every morning and every night, or should I say he walked me. He did the most adorable thing. He would take the leash into his mouth so playfully as if he were walking me and I could feel he was so happy and proud. Its just amazing the happiness a animal can bring. I will post a picture of Chester soon as I am having the pleasure of watching him again for a week. I look forward to that dog Chester. He makes me smile.

Pitt Bulls
Its been a while since I blogged and actually way to long. I think many have this impression of pitt bulls as agressive mean dogs. I received a call a couple days ago for someone that needed a pet sitter for the weekend and when I asked what kinds of dogs they said 2 pitt bulls. I think they said it as hesitantly as I said "ok". They must have had trouble getting someone to watch them in the past. Not a problem I told them. I asked them if I could come over for a "meet and greet" and I was welcomed by a 10yr old female pitt and a 8 month old. I had no troubles with the meet and greet and no troubles during my petsitting. This is just another blog about my pet sitting experience with 2 very friendly and loving pitt bulls.
