The Boxer

The boxer is a happy, friendly, high-spirited and sweet companion.

This breed does well in quiet home or active homes. He is highly intelligent, playful and an energetic breed that can be easily trained. It is one that is devoted to their family. Boxers have a reputation of being good with children.

They come in fawn, brindle, white and various shades of red. They are alos good at getting along with most other household pets. It has been said that the name Boxer came from the way the Breed likes to use its front paws for just about everything.

Average weight for the breed is 60-70 pounds
Life expectancy of 11-14 years.
Grooming: Boxers clean themselves and need minimal grooming. Bathe only as necessary because it removes the natural oils from the skin.
Children: Excellent with Children.
